Can I install the letters myself, or do I need a professional?
We don't install your sign ourselves because we operate 100% online. That is why we have designed an innovative mounting system so you can install your letters yourself quickly and easily. Include a mounting template with your order to make installation even simpler. Plus, you will have access to step-by-step instructional videos.
What tools do I need to mount the hollow letters?
It will depend on the mounting system you have selected. If you choose screw-mounted letters, you will only need a drill, the screws and wall plugs that best suit your chosen mounting surface, a hammer, a level, a tape measure, and a mounting template (optional, but highly recommended for your order).
