Product Availability

Product Pricing

We make every effort to display the images of our materials and finished products with the highest possible color accuracy. However, finished products may display minor variations in shade due to the technologies involved in the production process.

Production Time: Processing and Manufacturing

For custom and made-to-order items, production time depends on volume, size, quantity, materials, finishes, and other order characteristics, alongside current workshop availability and workflow.

Production time consists of:

• Processing Time: The duration between order receipt and the actual start of production. This depends on workshop capacity and workflow. If processing times are expected to be unusually long, the customer will be notified immediately. If an exceptionally short turnaround is required, the client must communicate this in writing to info@customsignslab.com at the time of purchase.
• Manufacturing/Production Time: The technical time required to fabricate the lettering/logos. This time cannot be altered or expedited once the order is placed, as fabrication parameters are fixed based on customer specifications.

Shipping

BP FABRICACIÓN ADITIVA, S.L. reserves the right to dispatch orders via the most appropriate transport carrier at any given time, taking into account destination, volume, weight, and product availability. BP FABRICACIÓN ADITIVA, S.L. reserves the right to update shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

Shipping fees are not included in the item price and are borne by the customer. Shipping costs will calculate on the cart page based on destination, weight, and order volume.

Partial shipments are not provided. Orders are dispatched in full once all items have been manufactured and are ready for shipment.

For destinations subject to customs regulations, visible shipping fees do not include import clearance costs or customs duties generated by orders exceeding the thresholds stipulated by local territorial authorities.

Delivery

Delivery transit times depend on the shipping tier selected by the user during checkout.

Stated delivery windows will be honored provided no unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control arise.
